The workshops will be opened to both companies, chefs and individuals.

DAY 2
FUSION
FIESTA

The second day is all about celebrating the innovative blend of different culinary traditions, resulting in fusion cuisine that is both exciting and unique. There will be a flurry of activities, including cooking demonstrations by chefs known for their fusion dishes and food tasting sessions showcasing fusion foods from different regions. Additionally, this day will be packed with culinary competitions where chefs and food enthusiasts compete to create the most inventive fusion dishes. As the sun sets, prepare for a host of music performances that will have attendees dancing, creating a vibrant and unforgettable festival atmosphere.

DAY 3
FUTURE
OF FOOD

The final day focuses on sustainable and forward-thinking food practices. From showcases of plant-based cuisines to discussions on food security and sustainability, and workshops on urban farming or reducing food waste. As the day winds down, we will honor and celebrate the participants, vendors, and competitors with an Awards Ceremony . The awards will recognize the best dishes, the most innovative cooking, and the most outstanding chefs and companies witnessed during the festival, ending FoodieFest on a high note of celebration and recognition.
